Touring and performing children's theatre to an audience of over two million customers annually, M&M have built up a superb reputation within the touring theatre industry for looking after each and every one of our actors. We now employ around 300 actors on long term contracts throughout the year.

Experience has never been important - to us it’s talent that counts. We provide a REAL training programme for young actors looking to learn the touring theatre business.

Many of our past and present actors have started with no experience or qualifications and have gone on to become superb actors, touring theatre company managers, directors and even writers.

Every one of our touring theatre company managers will have completed an exhaustive training programme and must have toured with the theatre company for a minimum of one full year.

So if you’ve got acting talent, drive, a hard working ethos as well as a belief in your ability to entertain in children's theatre we want to hear from you.
